The curatorial team and the Fontilles Foundation are pleased to invite you to visit the exhibition Fontilles. The hidden town, which was inaugurated on November 19, 2024 at the headquarters of the López Piñero Institute in Valencia and will remain open until June 22, 2025.

We propose two ways to organize the visit:

The exhibition. The first option is to visit the exhibition, accompanied by a cultural volunteer who will explain all the details of the project and the history of the objects. To do this, you can make the request through the Vice-Rectorate for Culture of the University of Valencia. It is a free activity that can be done on weekdays in the morning or afternoon.

The exhibition and the sanatorium. In this option, in addition to visiting the exhibition, a visit to the Fontilles sanatorium could be organized. It is located in the Vall de Laguar, in the Marina Alta region, halfway between Valencia and Alicante. Combining the two visits requires prior planning to allow for the time slot between the visit to the exhibition and the subsequent visit to the sanatorium. For this reason, we recommend that you contact the exhibition curators.
